Hand Motion Controlled UI

A user interface that identifies and tracks hand movements through the webcam and works as a virtual mouse to control the screen. The program, coded using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, uses the open-source library Tensorflow.js to define, train, and run a machine learning model.
